Primary Responsibilities

  • User Management: Create, edit, and deactivate accounts for Managers and Agents.
  • Lead Import: Bulk upload leads via CSV or SQL and map fields correctly.
  • Routing Rules: Configure Location-based and Project-based assignment logic.
  • System Monitoring: Track overall conversion rates and team performance.

Typical Workflow

Setup Teams

Go to Admin > Teams. Create teams and assign a Manager (TL) to each.

Manage Projects

Add new real estate projects and link them to the appropriate team.

Lead Inflow

Use Import Leads for manual uploads or configure Webhooks for automated entry from Facebook/Google.
